Inspection

Every fabric is closely inspected at every stage. Apart from the Four Point American Standard of Inspection, our strict in house quality control standards are followed to give the customer premium quality fabric. The fabric is shrink wrapped in polythene bags which is doubly wrapped in poly propylene to ensure fabric is safe from any sort of damage caused during the journey.

Spinning Laboratories

Fully equipped and computerized to analyze any type of yarn with respect to count, pause length, twist etc. All cottons used local and imported origin are first tested to see if they pass our cotton selection standard before proceeding to spinning.

Dyeing Laboratory

All major tests are conducted as per International standards like colour fastness, light fastness, crocking, perspiration, shade matching / grouping through Complete Hunter Lab.
