ADM’s Cotton Recycling division reflects the company’s commitment to building a more responsible denim future by transforming recycled cotton into high-value raw material for premium fabric development. Aligned with ADM’s broader sustainability approach, the division supports the use of recycled inputs alongside environmentally conscious production practices, helping reduce dependence on virgin cotton while maintaining the quality, performance, and consistency required for modern denim programs.

Spinning

ADM spinning unit is equipped with state of the art latest machineries with Amsler Technology to provide high quality yarn and complete backup support. Incessant investments has been injecting for innovations and numerous yarn effects.

The unit is equipped with 18000 spindles producing 1.6 million kg of yarns per month. A variety of yarns from 5.5 single to 18 single are produced in open end, ring spun, core spun Lycra, core spun T400® and special DualFX™ yarn.

Powered by Circulose®, TENCEL™, Recycled Cotton and LYCRA® EcoMade Next-generation fiber-dyed denim delivering consistent color and uniform wash at scale, while reducing water and chemical usage. A clean, natural earth tone palette with an authentic vintage look and soft hand feel — built for modern denim programs.

Dyeing and Finishing

Indigo Dyeing

ADM’s Indigo Dyeing division combines advanced rope dyeing capability with precise process control to create denim with authentic indigo character, consistent shade, and dependable quality at scale. Equipped with 24 rope dyeing units across 2 machines with a capacity of 140,000 meters in one run, ADM is also noted as the 12th mill in the world to use Liquid Indigo directly from DyStar Germany.

Weaving & Finishing

This division is where technical precision meets fabric character. Using advanced Airjet, Rapier, and Projectile loom technologies, ADM develops denim across a broad weight range with the consistency and control required by leading global brands. Designed for accuracy and quality assurance, the division is a critical link between yarn engineering and finished fabric performance.

On the finishing side, ADM applies a wide range of processes to refine both the look and feel of denim. The result is denim with improved hand feel, cleaner optics, and dependable performance for modern premium collections.

ADM’s Garment division transforms fabric innovation into finished product through a fully integrated manufacturing process built around precision, efficiency, and quality. From cutting to stitching, wet and dry processing, and final packaging, each stage is designed to support smooth development flow and dependable execution.

With technologies such as Gerber CAD for exact pattern making and optimized fabric utilization, ADM ensures that garment production begins with accuracy and control.
